A: Standard check-in time is 2:00pm.
Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call between office hours and let us know if you're wanting to arrive after 6:00pm

A: Yes, every room has undercover parking
Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Johnson Road Motel are non-smoking. You are free to smoke outside of your room.
Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: Our restaurant is currently closed but we hope to open it again in the future. There are many restaurants and takeaway outlets nearby. UberEats and MenuLog also deliver to the Motel.
Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, for breakfast only on request. We also sell drinks and snacks at Reception.
Q: Do you have wireless internet?
A: Yes, we provide free wireless internet in our Reception area and in the rooms.
Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a garden BBQ area.
Q: Do you have facilities for functions or conferences?
A: Yes, we have a dedicated conference centre for business events and can also cater for parties, weddings and other events. Contact us and we can have a chat about your requirements.
Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 2 minutes by car to Grand Plaza Shopping Centre with 170 shops including Big W, Target & Kmart, PLUS Woolworths, Coles, Aldi and an Event Cinemas 8 Cinema Complex.
Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: We are within 2-5 minutes by car to a number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Pizza Hut, Fasta Pasta, Nando's, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Dominos Pizza, Chinese, Indian, Thai and Mexican. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
